GAT- Online Slot Booking System
Candidates must choose a test centre, date and slot of their choice by using the GAT booking system. Candidates will not be issued the e-hall ticket without booking a slot through GAT booking system. Candidates will have to provide the application form number, and any other required data while logging into the GAT booking system.
Candidates are required to book their slots using the GAT booking system as per the scheduled dates: 30th March to 6th April 2012. Please note that the GAT booking system will not allow the candidate to book a slot after 6th April 2012. If the candidate has not booked his / her slot, the system will generate the slot booking automatically.
GAT - Hall Ticket
The hall ticket will indicate the hall ticket number, course/s applied for, address of the test centre, test date & time selected by the candidate. Discrepancies, if any, must be brought to the notice of the University authorities immediately.
Candidate should enter the application form number, Gender and Date of Birth details to download the hall ticket. Candidates should take two print outs of the hall ticket using the print option on A4 size paper only. Please ensure that all details on the e-hall ticket including photograph is clearly visible on the print out.
The Hall Ticket will not be dispatched to candidates through post or fax
No candidate will be permitted to appear for the test without a valid hall ticket.
The hall ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
The hall ticket is an important document. It must be preserved and produced at the time of counselling for seeking admission.
Candidates shall report to the selected test centre with two copies of the hall tickets and any one of the following for photo identification:
Passport/Driving License/EC Voter ID card/IT PAN card or School/College photo-bearing ID card.
